Seven Mary Three, ocasionalmente abreviado para 7M3, é uma banda de grunge/Post-Grunge. Eles lançaram sete álbuns de estúdio e é mais conhecido por seu hit Cumbersome , tambem por "Water's Edge" e "Wait", entre outros.
Seven Mary Three foi formada em 1992, quando Jason Ross conheceu Jason Pollock quando vai ao The College of William & Mary, em Williamsburg, Virgínia. Originalmente um duo acústico, com Ross cantando e tocando guitarra Pollock. Mais tarde, o baterista e o baixista Giti Khalsa Casey Daniel entrou para a banda. Os atuais membros da banda são Daniel Casey, Jason Ross, Thomas Juliano, e Mike Levesque. Giti Khalsa parou de excursionar com a banda, mas ainda se apresenta em gravações de estúdio
