Archers of Loaf é uma banda Americana de indie-rock formada em Chapel Hill, Carolina do Norte, apesar dos quatro membros crescerem em Asheville, NC. O vocalista e guitarrista Eric Bachmann , o guitarrista Eric Johnson, o baixista Matt Gentling e o baterista Mark Price formaram o Archers of Loaf em Chapel Hill, Carolina do Norte no início de 1990. A banda amigavelmente divididu-se no final de 1998, com Bachmann indo para multiplos projetos, incluindo Barry Black and Crooked Fingers.
